BlackJack is an easy game to learn. The objective is to beat the dealer by having a total that exceeds the dealer total and still below (or equal to) 21.

BlackJack is an easy game to learn. The objective is to beat the dealer by having a total that exceeds the dealer total and still below (or equal to) 21. If the dealer total exceeds 21 and your total doesn`t exceed 21 then you win. Exceeding a total of 21 is known as `busting`. The casino`s edge stems from the fact that players must go first and when they bust they automatically lose (even if the dealer has subsequently busted). All cards count their face value in BlackJack. Picture cards count as 10 and the Ace card can count as either 1 or 11. The total value a player has is the sum of the card values he holds. The shareware version allows 5 rounds only.
